Formed in London out of the group The In Crowd.
Steve Howe had previously been in The Syndicats.
Appeared in the film 'Smashing Time (1967)' under the name of the Snarks. 'Junior' Wood was ill during shooting of the film and was replaced by John Pearce, who was actually a clothes dealer.
Recorded the first ever John Peel show session on BBC Radio 1 on 21 September 1967.
Keith West had a solo hit in 1967.
Disbanded in 1968.
Steve Howe was later in Yes.
Twink was later in The Pretty Things, and The Pink Fairies.
