Previously backed Carl Baron (Colin Smith) as Carl Baron and the Cheetahs.
Managed by Mary Regan, who ran several venues in the Midlands including The Ritz at King's Heath and The Plaza at Handsworth.
Wore cheetah suits on stage.
Played The Star Club in Hamburg.
Appeared on local television on ATV's 'For Teenagers Only'.
