My Dad (Andy Apsley) was the drummer in this band I still have one of their reel to reel demo tapes recorded at the BBC studios in Glasgow. Sadly he passed away last year. I'm trying to get more information on the band, I have some old photographs as well. They were booked to play for Elvis Presley as he was getting off a plane a Prestwick airport in Scotland unfortunately the Prestwick was fogged out and the plane was diverted. They were apparently offered tours in Australia and South Africa but some were doing their apprenticeships so didn't do it.

They were sometimes known as the Keen Aces Show Band
Some names partially of the band, unfortunately I dont have the full names Andy Apsley drums, Alan: Guitar, Charlie: guitar, D Smith: Saxaphone, R Smith: Singer, R McDonand: Singer, J Murray: Pianist.
