Formed in Southampton in late 1964.
Were asked to record the song 'Reflections of Charles Brown' and its B-side under the name 'Rupert's People', by Howard Conder, a manager and businessman who managed 'Sweet Feeling', the group that ultimately recorded two more singles under the name 'Rupert's People'.
Pete Sears joined the group in 1966. He was previously in The Strangers, The Spitfires, and The Sons of Fred. He recorded the single 'Circles' with the group. He later left The Fleur de Lys in the same year and joined Sam Gopal's Dream. Sears later became a successful session musician.
Disbanded in 1969.
