Formed in Glasgow in the early 1960s.
Moved to Ashton-Under-Lyne in 1962 to turn professional.
Johnnie Doran and Lenny Saxon are from Manchester and joined after the group moved.
Managed by John Morgan who became the manager of The Locarno in Liverpool.
