Formed in London. 

Tony Jackson had previously been in The Searchers, singing lead vocals on their biggest hits in 1963/64, including 'Needles and Pins', 'Sugar and Spice' and 'Sweets For My Sweet'. 

Changed their name to The Tony Jackson Group in 1966.

Disbanded in late 1967.
