Formed in Aylsham, Norfolk in 1963 out of two groups, The Wildcats and The Vikings.
In 1964 John Jarvis left the group and they changed their name to Barry Lee and the Planets.
Were known for their comedy and impressions as well as their music.
John Jarvis later formed the group Five By Five.

Formed in Aylsham, Norfolk in 1964.
Previously known as The Planets.
In 1964 the group recorded their second demo, this time it was for the Ready Steady Win! band competition which was being shown on ITV. The Planets won through to the final which was screened on ITV in July 1964, but lost out to The Bo Street Runners.
In May 1966 they changed their name to The Barry Lee Show and moved into cabaret.

Robert Medler and Paul Wright had previously been in Lemon Soul, a school group.
Paul Wright was later in The Morrells.

Formed out of the band The Blackjacks in 1965 in Beccles, Suffolk..
Also known as just Style.
The Style often supported the bigger stars of the day when they came to the area to play,
John Tuttle had previously been in another local group called The Easi-Beats.
Brian Wilson replaced Graham West on guitar in 1966.
By the end of 1966 they had changed their name to The Soul Concern.

The Addicts were formed in the Norwich area of Norfolk some time around 1964.
Graham Jarrett later played for The Kriptones and Limited Company.
