Formed in June 1967.
Sometimes billed as Peter Green's Fleetwood Mac in the first few months until this name was dropped permanently and they became just Fleetwood Mac.
Bob Brunning was the original bass guitarist playing a handful of gigs and was also present on one track of Fleetwood Mac debut album, 'Long Grey Mare' as well as both sides of their debut single.
Bob Brunning had previously been in The Valiants (Bournemouth), who became Tony, Howard and the Dictators. He was also a member of Lee Peterson and the Defenders, and The Rovers, with Tony Blackburn. By the end of 1964 Brunning had formed Five's Company.
 
Bob Brunning on the right playing live with Fleetwood Mac in 1967 at the Windsor National Jazz, Pop, Ballads and Blues Festival.

Formed around 1964.
A British vocal group.
Iris Long was previously in Ivy Benson and Her All-Girl Band, and The Lana Sisters.
Appeared in the film Dateline Diamonds in 1965. The film was given a general release on 3rd April 1966 as part of a double feature with 'Doctor in Clover'.
Topped the Radio London charts with their song 'I Think of You'. 
Nola York replaced Jay Adams. Nola York had previously been having a solo career.
Iris Long later formed Chantelle Music, a music management and publishing company, and continued to work with Nola York, who had gone solo.
Nola York later wrote and performed in West End musicals.

Irene had previously been in Irene and the Santa Fe's.
Mike had previously been in The Stormers.
Irene later became a solo singer, comedienne and impressionist under the stage name Faith Brown.

Adrian Castillo, John Strange, and John 'Sid' Phillips had previously been in The Diatones.
Also known as Danny Clarke and the Force West.
Recorded for the Decca, Columbia and CBS labels.
Briefly changed their name to The Oscar Bicycle when they signed to CBS.

The Detours were formed in Liverpool in the early 1960s.
Backed Lee Curtis in 1962 under the name Lee Curtis and the Detours.
Played a gig inside Walton Gaol, Liverpool in June 1964.
Backed vocalist Barbara Dee and were sometimes billed as Barbara Dee and the Detours.
In the late 1960s they backed Gene Latter under the name Gene Latter and the Detours.

This was a studio-only project fronted by Keith Bonsor.
Keith Bonsor was previously in The Essex Five.
Their song 'Zebedy Zak' wasa written by Keith Bonsor and Mark Wesley (under the name M Goble). Mark Wesley was a Radio Luxembourg DJ who also wrote songs while he was at the station.

Formed in Glasgow, Scotland in 1962.
Managed by Joe Gaffney, and later Ken Pitt.
Appeared on the television programme 'Ready Steady Go!'
Disbanded in 1969 after their van was stolen with all their equipment in it.
Alan Mair was later in The Only Ones.
Jeff Allen was later in Dr. K's Blues Band , and East of Eden.
Eddie Campbell was later in Tear Gas
Davie Lennox was later in The Joe O'Donnell Band in 1978. 
The Beatstalkers played a reunion concert at The Barrowland Ballroom in Glasgow on 23 December 2005. The group on that night included Alan Mair, Ronnie Smith, Davie Lennox and Jeff Allen.
The Beatstalkers played another reunion gig in 2013.

'Right Toe Blues' was written by the band itself and delevoped from a jam session with keyboardist Alan Hawkshaw.
