Mick Avory replaced Mickey Willet in January 1964.

Mick Avory had previously been in Bobby Angelo and the Tuxedos.

John Gosling joined The Kinks in 1970 and left in 1978.

Jim Rodford was a member of The Kinks from 1978 to 1997. He was previously in The Bluetones, The Mike Cotton Sound and Argent, and later in The Swinging Blue Jeans, The Kast Off Kinks, and The Zombies.
