Formed in London.
Tony Chapman might have been their first official drummer, although Mick Avory, later of The Kinks, had rehearsed with them at The Bricklayers Arms pub in London during late May/early June 1962 and Steve Harris had also played a few sessions with them in 1962. There are different recollections from those who were there.
Tony Chapman and Bill Wyman were previously in The Cliftons.
Tony Chapman was later in The Preachers, and The Herd, both with Peter Frampton.
