Formed in London.
The members of The Viscounts had all been part of a TV ensemble called Morton Fraser's Harmonica Gang. 
Disbanded in 1965.
Gordon Mills was later a successful songwriter writing 'It's Not Unusual', which was a worldwide hit for Tom Jones. 
Don Paul became a record producer
