Formed in 1960 at Norwich College, Norfolk.
The group performed with two bass guitarists.
Peter Jay played with a double bass drum setup. 


























As well as performing in their own right, Peter Jay and the Jaywalkers also backed many solo artists of the day including Marty Wilde, John Leyton, Eden Kane, Jackie Lynton, and many more.
Pete Miller left in 1965 and was replaced by Terry Reid on lead guitar and vocals.
