Evolved out of the skiffle band The Hepjacks.
Johnny Martin and Don Kerr left in 1959.
Mick Calcott left and was replaced by Tony ‘Corky’ Clarke.
Phil Packham and Pip Whitcher were later in The Sorrows.
Johnny Martin and Don Kerr later formed Johnny Martin with Freddie Were and the Werewolves.
Don Kerr later played with The Brook Brothers and recorded their hit singles ‘War Paint’ and ‘Ain’t Gonna Wash for A Week’ with them.
Johnny Martin was later in The Big City Boys.
Don Kerr was later in Stavely Makepeace.
Tony ‘Corky’ Clarke was later a respected producer.

Terry Jukes left after the release of their first single and was replaced by Wes Price.
Wes Price was previously in The Autocrats.
Phil Packham and Don Fardon left in 1966.
Wes Price switched to bass guitar after the departure of Phil Packham.
Roger Lomas joined on lead guitar in 1966 so that Pip Whitcher could concentrate more on lead vocals.
Disbanded in the early 1970s.
Roger Lomas became a record producer for such artists as The Specials, The Selecter, Bad Manners and Lee 'Scratch' Perry.
Wes Price was later in Indian Summer.
Pip Whitcher and Roger Lomas were later in The Eggy with Roger's brother Nigel.

Wes Price joined in 1963.
After a summer season in Cornwall in 1964, Mitch Mitchell left the group to join The Flamingos.
Wes Price was later in The Sorrows.
Mitch Mitchell was later in King Size Kings/Ray King Soul Band. 
Rod Godwin was later in Jimmy Powell and the Dimensions, Cathedral, Jigsaw, and the final line-up of Badfinger.
More recently Rod Godwin has played in a band called The Lix as well as recording some solo material.

Greg Taylor joined on tenor saxophone in 1965.
Bill Campbell and Gordon Stansfield appear to have been in the group in 1965/66.
Tim James left in early 1966.
Steve 'Tiny' Bentham joined on vocals in 1966.
Tim James was later in Acme Patent Electric Band, Ra Ho Tep, Last Fair Deal.
Kev Dempsey was later in Dando Shaft as a guitarist, and Side Effect.
Disbanded in July 1966.

Formed in Rugby, Warwickshire in 1962 as The Avengers. They changed their name to the Mighty Avengers in 1963 so as not to be confused with Birmingham-based Gerry Levene's backing band of the same name.
Tony Campbell was later in Jigsaw.

Formed in Coventry, but eventually based themselves in Liverpool.
John Francis left the group in 1964 and emigrated to Canada in 1967.
Their final single, which was on Parlophone, was produced by George Martin. Their name was changed to The Denny Seyton Group.
'Blink' Dring was briefly in the group in 1965.
Lally Stott joined in 1965.
Tony Crowley joined in 1965.
Robbie 'Little' Scott joined in 1965.
Denny Seyton and the Sabres disbanded in 1966.
Lally Stott, Tony Crowley, Mike Logan and Robbie Scott formed the Motowns in 1966, with the addition of singer Douglas 'Dougie' Meakin and moved to Italy where they had much more success.
